The problem

In a newly renovated home, formaldehyde from board furniture, mattresses and wall paint is the most common hidden hazard — especially for the elderly, children and pregnant women. The owner wanted it solved before moving in.

Scope of work

What we did

Tested each room and marked sources (board furniture, mattresses, cabinets)
Multi-pass formaldehyde-removal treatment inside and outside each source
Whole-home nano photocatalyst spray including walls and ceilings
Sealed 12 h, ventilated, re-tested within 7 days

Results

Results and value

Formaldehyde and TVOC all within limits on re-test, odours gone; the photocatalyst film keeps working for lasting healthy air.
