Feibo painted-surface self-cleaning coating uses nano photocatalytic and super-hydrophilic technology so painted building surfaces stay clean with sunlight and rain.
It sharply reduces manual cleaning cost, extends paint life and keeps buildings looking new — for a lasting, green, low-carbon urban environment.
Super-hydrophilic, anti-static, anti-soiling, self-cleaning, longer coating life
Rail vehicles, high-speed trains, buses, cars and decorative facade paint — especially in dusty, heavily polluted, high-maintenance environments.
Titanium dioxide, tantalum oxide, zirconium oxide, nano dispersions and others
Urban facades sit in dust, acid rain and exhaust: soiling builds up and is hard to clean
Drying rain leaves limescale streaks; large areas of facade “blacken and yellow”, hurting the city’s image
Cleaning at height is expensive and gondola work carries safety risks
Frequent pressure or acid washing damages the aluminium surface and shortens coating life
At speed the body attracts iron dust, exhaust oil film, dust and rain grime that is hard to remove
Short wash cycles (a high-speed train needs washing every 4,000 km) with very high labour and equipment cost
Large, complex bodies: conventional cleaning is slow and hazardous
Frequent washing damages the coating, ages the body and hurts the fleet’s image
We follow a standardised nano painted-surface coating process that protects paint quality and appearance while reliably delivering long-term self-cleaning, anti-soiling and anti-static performance. Typical steps:
Our technical team surveys the target surface (train body, curtain wall, etc.), confirms feasibility, assesses the material (aluminium, stainless steel, car paint) and soiling type and prepares a dedicated application plan.
Before full-scale application a local sample is sprayed and verified, testing anti-soiling, anti-static and self-cleaning indicators to give the project quantified early data.
Surfaces are cleaned with soft neutral water plus specialist detergent and tools — no dust, no dirt, no oil film.
Once the substrate is fully dry, the nano coating is applied evenly by spray, brush or semi-automatic equipment, with film thickness controlled for an even film — no runs, no misses.
After application the coating cures naturally for 4–6 hours into a dense, highly transparent, highly hydrophilic self-cleaning protective layer.
Suitable for high-speed trains, metro, buses, aluminium curtain walls, coated metal panels and urban facilities — keeping them looking good with less maintenance.
