The problem

The centre’s signature is its large white curved facade, where dust and rain streaks show badly. With a complex form and large area, cleaning relied on frequent, costly rope-access work.

What we did

  1. Surveyed facade material, soiling type and access conditions
  2. Local sample coating to confirm effect and visual consistency
  3. Rope-access teams cleaned and sprayed the facade zone by zone
  4. Ambient cure, visual check and hand-over
Results

Results and value

Rain now sheets across the white facade and carries dust away without streaks, keeping it white long term; rope-access cleaning, cost and risk drop sharply.
